The Rise After the Ruin
How It All Began: From Healing to Guiding
Some endings are
really beginnings in disguise.
After my divorce,
I found myself standing at the edge of something raw and unfamiliar. The life
I’d known unraveled and in the silence that followed, I heard a whisper - it
wasn't fear, but something more sacred - a call to healing!
Over several years, I immersed myself in spiritual healing courses, not as an escape, but as a way to reclaim every part of me that had been silenced, scattered or forgotten. It was messy, beautiful and transformative.
Layer by layer, I began to understand the beliefs that had shaped me, the wounds that had taught me and the strength that had waited patiently beneath it all, but something deeper stirred: I wasn’t just healing for myself - I was learning the language of transformation. I began to see my story not as a burden, but as a bridge.
That’s how life
coaching found me!
I didn’t step into
this path, because I had it all figured out. I stepped into it, because I understood
what it meant to lose, to rebuild and to rise with intention. My journey
became the lens through which I could help others examine their own. Not with
judgment, but with empathy. Not with fixes, but with reflection.
Today, I guide
others not from a pedestal, but from the same soil I once knelt in - honouring the
truth that every breakdown holds the blueprint for a breakthrough.
